By completing the Expression of Interest Form (EOI), you agree to SCA collecting, holding and using personal information about you to process your EOI.  SCA will not be able to consider your EOI if you do not provide the personal information requested in the EOI.

 

SCA may disclose your personal information if:

• acting in good faith, SCA believes that the law requires or authorises SCA to do so; or

• you provide your consent.

 

Your personal information will be stored in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

You may access the personal information SCA holds about you and you may update and/or correct it. If you wish to access your personal information, please contact SCA. In order to protect your personal information SCA may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.
